Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same state as the item you received. It must also be in the original packaging. If you receive your item and it is damaged or anything wrong, you must notify us within 24 hours. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns and/or exchanges. All returns and/or exchanges of shoes are subject to 50% shipping and handling fees.
Several items cannot be returned. We do not accept products that are private or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
If you paid by paypal, when refund, you will be charged the paypal fee 4.44% of the amount of order+$0.3.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be issued.
Cancellation
1. If contact us within 2 hours after your payment finished, 6% of the order total will be charged as transaction fee.
2. If between 2 hour to 12 hours, 10% of the order total will be charged as transaction fee and handling fee.
3. If after 12 hours, 15% of the order total will be charged as transaction and handling fee.
4. Orders can’t be canceled once the parcel is shipped out usually. If the item shipped out and you want to cancel it, we will charge you 30% as handling fee and shipping fee if the item can be intercepted and recalled back. If it shipped out but can't recalled back, order can’t be canceled.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@sissyloving.com and then we will inform you the shipping address.
To return your product, send us an email at contact@sissyloving.com to get the shipping address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
