Shipping and Delivery
We are proud to provide global transportation services and currently operate in more than 200 countries and islands worldwide. Our first goal is to bring great value and unparalleled customer service to our customers. We will continue to expand our services to meet the needs of all customers and provide products and services that exceed all expectations around the world.
Shipping Fee
For orders over $99, we provide free shipping. Shipping time within 2-3 business days.
For orders less than $99, we charge a shipping fee of $6.99.
But if you want to receive your items faster, we also provide urgent shipping. The price is $18.99. Ship the items out about 1 to 2 days
Note: The shipping period is only the preparation time where we process, prepare and dispatch your order. Delivery time is different.
Delivery times in the continental United States are 6-14 working days.*
How do you ship packages?
Packages are shipped from our warehouse in China via standard shipping like ePacket, EMS, or urgent shipping with UPS, DHL, Fedex depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. There may occasionally be some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will get in touch with you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped from our warehouse. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

For urgent shipping, it will charge $19.99 and the shipping time is 5-10 business days.
Please note that order shipments may experience delays due to circumstances outside of our control such as shipping carrier delays, Customs processing delays, national disasters, etc. We are unable to cancel or refunds shipments of merchandise that has already been shipped and is en route to your location due to any of the aforementioned events.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your standard (limited) tracking information for your reference. Please note that the included international tracking is not optimal and not updated regularly.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-7 business days for the tracking information to update in their system. If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
Discreet Shipping
There are no markings on the back or side of your shipment. The only markings are your address label on the front, and a courier sticker depending on the service used.
Order Change Or Cancellation
Order processing starts within minutes of receipt of your order if not sooner, so please make sure your order is correct before you hit the submit button. If we have begun processing your order, and you still wish to cancel your order, you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee for your canceled orders. This amount will be deducted from the refund processed to your card in the event we have already processed your credit card for shipping.
However, you will not be charged any fees to add items, change items, or canceled your order anytime prior to processing the order. An order cannot be changed or canceled after it has shipped. In the event your order has already shipped, any changes or cancellation would be subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
In the event you realize the address provided for your order is incorrect AFTER the order has already shipped, a change of address fee will be charged in order to re-process the order with the correct address and re-ship the merchandise. The amount of the processing fee charge will be a percentage proportional to the value of of the merchandise lost due to the lost shipment.
